This proposal outlines the construction of a cold room with dimensions of 2.95m (length) x 2.815m (width) x 2.5m (height), in accordance with the attached price offer. The scope of work includes: Supply and Installation of Cold Room Structure: This includes sandwich panels with a thickness of 10cm, precisely cut to the specified dimensions, and a hinged door measuring 80cm (width) x 180cm (height). Protection Devices: The system will be equipped with high and low-pressure protection devices, an overload protector for the compressor, and a PTC thermistor for compressor winding temperature protection. Internal Lighting: Lighting works inside the cold room are included as per the attached price offer. Flooring: The flooring will include insulation with either tiles or an insulated aluminum checker plate. Refrigeration Unit: Supply and installation of an external 2 HP condensing unit (either Bitzer German or Copeland Emerson) with a matching internal evaporator. Accessories: All necessary accessories for installation and insulation works are included in the contract. Electrical and Mechanical Components: The supply of the cold room includes all electrical components, such as the control panel, and mechanical components, as per the price offer. Control and Electrical Works: All control and electrical works for the cold room are covered by this contract. Piping Extension: The contract also includes a total piping extension of 15 meters.
